What is the raw material of your products? Plastic or fiber?
- We do not sell fiberglass or bakelite products, our products are plastic.
Who pays for shipping costs? Do you have cash on delivery?
- The prices written are excluding shipping. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. We do not ship with cash on delivery.
Can I pick up the products from your place? Do you provide assembly service?
- You can reserve the products and pick them up from our store. We do not provide assembly service, but we can guide you for assembly if you wish.
The description says that the product is "Unpainted". What does unpainted mean? Can I use the product unpainted?
- Unpainted products are raw, unprocessed. Since they are raw, there may be scratches on them due to raw materials or shelf friction. We do not sell used products.
- Product color may be yellow, gray or black. The product must be primed and painted. It cannot be used without painting.
